It's quite sad that very few children are able to receive an education in England, I was reading an article today and only 9% of the children here are able to afford an education. Maybe if England bothered to actually care about the harsh poverty rates there wouldn't be this many kids ot begging money or stealing food just to get by. Oh well that's life for you haha!!

It's quite sad that very few children are able to receive an education in England, I was reading an article today and only 9% of the children here are able to afford an education.
